Directions to Can-Do National Tape from South of Nashville
Take I-65 North to I-440 East (toward Knoxville). Take the first exit on 440 East, which is Nolensville Road; Turn left. Follow Nolensville Road approximately 1/2 mile to the second traffic light at the bottom of the hill. Turn right onto Polk Avenue. Go approximately 1/2 mile.

As you top the hill, you will cross a bridge and turn left onto Hackworth (immediately after crossing the bridge) beside the 195 Polk Avenue building. Turn right into the parking lot, and you will see Can-Do's sign.

Directions to Can-Do National Tape From Southeast of Nashville
Take I-24 Northwest to I-440; head West toward Memphis. Take the first exit on 440 West, which is Nolensville Road. Turn right. Follow Nolensville Road less than 1/2 mile to the second traffic light at the bottom of the hill. Turn right onto Polk Avenue. Go approximately 1/2 mile.

As you top the hill, you will cross a bridge and turn left onto Hackworth (immediately after crossing the bridge) beside the 195 Polk Avenue building. Turn right into the parking lot, and you will see Can-Do's sign.

Directions to Can-Do National Tape from the Nashville Airport
Follow the signs from the Airport to I-40 West. Go less than 2 miles on I-40 West, and take the Spence Lane/Murfreesboro Road Exit.

Turn left at the exit stop sign; this is Spence Lane. Go over the hill, no more than 1/2 mile; and Spence Lane will dead-end into Murfreesboro Road.

Turn right. At the 3rd traffic light, turn left on Polk Avenue between Mapco and the Mercedes dealership. Go through the traffic light at Fesslers Lane, and take the first right on Hackworth. Go down the hill, and turn right into the parking lot. You'll be at Can-Do.

Directions to Can-Do National Tape from North of Nashville
Take I-65 South to Nashville. Follow the signs to I-40 East and I-24 East. After passing downtown on your right, you will veer left. Upon merging, you will go about 1/2 mile; and then, take the Fesslers Lane exit. This is prior to the I-40 and I-24 split. Turn right on Fesslers. Continue across the 4-lane road (Murfreesboro Road) at second traffic light for 1/2 mile. Turn right at the traffic light on to Polk Avenue, and go about 100 yards. Turn right onto Hackworth. Then, turn right into the front parking lot. You'll be at Can-Do.
