Polyester Foam is an open cell non-reticulated foam charcoal gray in color and comes in densities ranging from 1.5-6 lbs/cu ft. Polyether foams are ideal for sound and dust seals as well as light insulation. Polyester foams can meet UL 94 and can be laminated with a variety of adhesives to meet the requirements of your specific application. Polyester foams are more resistant to hydrocarbons and alcohols compared to Polyether.

Polyether Foam is an open cell non-reticulated foam gray in color and also comes in a variety of densities from 1-5.5 pounds/cu ft. Polyether foams have a lower tensile strength compared to Polyester but are better in moist or wet environments. Polyether foams can also be supplied with or without adhesive and easily fabricated to meet your specifications.
