Clear Double-Coated Acrylic ATG Transfer Tape. Transfer tape consisting of a 1.7 mil, 400 acrylic reverse-wound, pressure-sensitive adhesive on a densified Kraft paper release liner. Very easy unwind and removal of liner for ease of application. Excellent UV resistance. Very high quick-stick. Fast build-up of adhesion. Excellent holding power at elevated oven temperatures. Excellent adhesion to paper, plastic films, metal foils, etc. Adaptable to use in automatic tape guns. Custom slit to width.

Clear Double Coated Acrylic Transfer Tape

Applications

APPLICATION DESCRIPTION:

Used for holding many paper, foils, films, and various foams. A great go-to general purpose adhesive transfer film tape. Offers high adhesion, good solvent resistance, and excellent UV resistance. The ATG tape system delivers a controlled application of the adhesive while the liner rewinds into the ATG applicator. It bonds on contact, and works on a variety of substrate or material combinations. It is versatile, convenient, quick and easy to use. There is no mess or clean up. It is a cost effective replacement to rivets, staples, screws, bolts, liquid adhesives. Safer than hot melt adhesives.

APPLICATION NOTES:

Surfaces to be bonded to should be dry, clean and free from oil and grease.
